  Very nicely maintained bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a convenient hot tub. The owners were very friendly and easy going. After checking in, we walked just a block to get to Commercial St, which is the main drag in Provincetown. The next morning we walked downstairs to fin - I and my husband needed a little getaway and time off from our two kids. After browsing for the best deal we embarked upon Beaconlight Guesthouse. I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. The location was clean, rooms were clean and i would not complain about the breakfast, although would have preferred hot breakfast but they provide you with yogurt, granola, pastries, coffee, tea, muffins.   The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the use of the giant hot tub in the pool room and the complimentary coffee. The staff were very personable and friendly.   This hotel is absolutely excellent! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, having taken the ferry over from Boston. We were met with a very warm welcome from the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities within the hotel were also impressive. There is a bar and bistro menu available. This is excellent value hotel. C 15 minute walk past unique wood built homes in all sorts of styles to centre of town. Whale watching dunes lighthouses. Excelent location. Free Parking, Very courteous and genuinely friendly reception. High marks to young man (with bling in his ear) who was very efficient, courteous helpful and professional.

  Very cute decor in the room, great location, and attached to a restaurant and bar which was very convenient. We arrived and were able to have lobster dinner right on the spot. It is a family friendly place and also allows dogs so we met some nice families (and dogs). Lots of club - The staff and the Inn and The Seafood Grille were very polite and accommodating. We had one of the best nights sleep here. The food at the Seafood Grille was very good (and considering I don't eat a lot of seafood, I was impressed with the lobster especially!). We paid to park in the lot across the street from the Inn, and walked everywhere, so we didn't have to worry about the car. We would stay/eat here again.

  Me and my boyfriend went down for 3 nights. It was amazing, and we had a lot of fun. The tennis court was pretty nice. They have a clubhouse will a pool table and ping pong. The pool and hot tub were open late at night, so you could go in. We stayed in a queen studio. The bed was really comfortable and everything was really nice. It would be easier to drive down and park a long the road to go shopping and to the b - The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The door opened onto a lovely garden area with pool. It was a 1 mile walk to the centre of Provincetown, which meant we could stroll in for dinner without having to take the car. The staff were incredibly nice, they played with our little daughter, gave her some beads to entertain her, and were generally very helpful. Michael, in particular, made some excellent suggestions for places to visit on the Cape, places to dine, and even helped out

  Service was great: fresh-baked breakfast tailored to what I wanted to eat, tourism advice, an extra night for free when I had some trouble with public transport on thanksgiving...Rich even washed (and folded!) my clothes for me before I left. I highly recommend the Inn to anyone traveling to Provincetown. The location being just a mile from town really is an added bonus as well. It allows you to go into the P-town crowds when you want to and out of it when you just want to
