This hotel is absolutely excellent! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, having taken the ferry over from Boston. We were met with a very warm welcome from the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities within the hotel were also impressive. There is a bar and bistro menu available. There is also entertainment throughout the week. During our stay there was a rockabilly band playing who were excellent. There's a library of interesting books and up-to-date .
所有评语 » Direct view of Inner Sea at Cape Cod and Lighthouses. Freindly. They lent us two bicycles for free which made our holiday good fun. This is excellent value hotel. C 15 minute walk past unique wood built homes in all sorts of styles to centre of town. Whale watching dunes lighthouses. Excelent location. Free Parking, Very courteous and genuinely friendly reception. High marks to young man (with bling in his ear) who was very efficient, courteous helpful and professional. Stayed for 3 nights during Carnival Week / Parade Day. Completely renovated room located on the second floor facing the pool. Entire room spotless, including the bathroom which is very key for me. They have a propane fire pit which is awesome when the chilly Cape winds kick up - even on August nights. The housekeeping staff couldn't be nicer and ready to help. Ann Marie their supervisor is a credit to the staff. I really liked the way the people who were there sincerely seemed to like working there. Their smiles were great and not fake. That's from the front desk, to a waitress, to the housekeeper to the young man who was keeping watch for whatever we needed during breakfast. I loved my room--seemed like an art studio and the band that played on Saturday night was a blast. I couldn't believe everyone was dancing. My cousin has stayed at Harbor Hotel many, many times and recommended them to us. The prices are great, the rooms are very clean. This is an older property but well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive, all the way from the front desk, the restaurant and bar staff, and housekeeping. We will definitely stay here again on the next trip to the Cape. The hotel was on the beach road. East to find. No parking problems. There are huge parking problems in Provincetown so this was great! Swimming pool available but not heated. Breakfast was included. The only thing which we cannot recommend is the food in the restaurant. Large quantity but for Europeans more junk food. Otherwise definitely a good book. The rooms and hotel are quite modern, clean and comfortable. Does a decent breakfast - the choice of food is not extensive, but it hits the spot. This hotel will particularly suit families with kids, given the outdoor pool, and indoor facilities, while adult-friendly, cater well for kids. We liked the pool table, bar and outdoor fire in the evening. Although the building is older, the decor, cleanliness, and streamlined rooms made the hotel have a fun modern feel. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was replenished as necessary. The location was a short bike ride into town and not too far from the bike paths to the beach. The bay view was nice. Harborside Hotel offered complimentary board games and books. The continental breakfast was offered until 11am which was great for my late morning risers. The remodeled hotel was chic and classy but was still comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful with all of our questions. Our room was a king. Very comfortable. Loved the hooks on the wall to hang towels, hats & wet suits. The pool was nice & clean. I dont usually go in hotel pools but I did this time. Goo service by pool also for food & drinks. The beach across street was great too. Our room had a harbor view and a beach a few steps away! The fire pit at night was nice. It was easy to leave the car at the hotel and take the very inexpensive shuttle into town. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Nice complimentary breakfast in a room with a harbor view!. Everything!!! The rooms are large and very clean. Everyone makes you feel so welcome, you feel at home here. Keith the bartender was great!! We loved the poolside bar. Don went out of his way to make sure stay was perfect, and Armond at front desk was so helpful. Chris at the front desk was very helpful. The room was ready though we arrived an hour earlier than check-in time. The location was great, right across from the ocean and close to town. Also, the room was decently sized [we had a pet-friendly room with 2 beds]. We have stayed at this hotel since 1974 and have witnessed all the changes both here and in town. Still love the location but not so much the last update. Just a little to modern for our taste. Would like something softer on the floor. The staff was great, and they went out of their way to ensure that their guests experienced a vacation like atmosphere. I loved the fire pit, the restaraunt, and the lounge. Poolside with food, and drink hut was great. We liked that we were just 1 mile away from the center of all the shops and bars.yet close enough to fell the energy from the center of it all.plus to wake up to the smell of the ocean brought back great memories. The person who checked us in couldn't have been nicer! The public areas and rooms are decorated in a modern refreshing way that takes a motel and makes it into something special !!! All around perfect!!!. The hotel fully covers our needs and expectations. The rooms are big and clean. Only 2 minutes drive to center of Provincetown. The fireplace in front of the hotel is a perfect place to sit and relax. I loved the 60's decor. The amenities, like breakfast, bar by pool, fireplace pit, view toward the lighthouse and P'town, etc. Convenient to bike or hop the bus to downtown. We had to bail out of a dingy hotel and this hotel accomodated us with dogs, even though letsbookhotel.com did not relay the need for a pet friendly room. They were great!!. Beds and Room were comfortable and clean. Loved the firepit and continental breakfast. The trolley into town was only $2 and really conveneint to use. We will be back!. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modestly but tastefully decorated in a contemporary style...the staff was friendly and helpful...the bed was OMG comfortable... We likes the retro feel, as well as the rehabbed newness. It was very clean! The staff was wonderful, and the location was good enough, with plenty of parking. The hotel is well maintained with a lovely beach view. The staff was friendly and helpful and I especially enjoyed the pool-side bar. The room was comfortable. However, I was surprised by the simple breakfast that we included in the room rate. Would prefer a fuller menu but was none the less surprised and grateful. An incredible value. A bit far to centre but shutlle bus stop next to hotel, better for peopole travelling with own car. The area was beautiful, right across the street from the beach. It was only a mile or so away from downtown, but nice and quiet and peaceful. Staff were very nice. Some guests were upset at some things and rude and the staff stayed friendly. I did not any issues to be upset about. The harbor view was lovely, the room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and competent. The full breakfast was excellent, too. It is now modern, sleek rooms with a great breakfast and attentive staff. Location of. hotel ( directly across from beach and not directly in town ), cleanliness and price . Also great having the pool. The continental breakfast was very good. Clean rooms some new paint was needed here and there. Great location for the price. Upon check-in Becca was lovely. I am a veteran and she was quick to upgrade me and my girlfriend to a great room. I am a great fan of Cape/Provincetown for many years. Just like to get away for a few days evey once in a while. The room is fine. The staff are very nice. The hotel faces the sea. Anyway, both my wife and me love it. Room was very clean and staff always ready to help and pleasant to talk with. we receive an upgrade ,king size bed, plus ocean view at the harbor inn motel. Very nice front desk! Live music till 12pm. Modern designed public space~. We were please that are dog was able to come with us. Staff, location!. hotel in great location out of the crowd but not far from the center. As we had arrived the weekend before Memorial Day the pool wasn't opened. However we were blessed with beautiful weather the weekend we stayed and there was enough to occupy us in Provincetown to make up for the pool being closed off. No negative comments. Great value. While the entire experience was more than pleasant, the continental breakfast could be improved. A nice selection of items hot / cold cereal, bagels, English muffins, French toast, fruit and yogurt. However, there is no protein. Example eggs, unless you want to pay an additional $5.00. You are doing such a good job. Why skimp now? Give us scrambled or hard boiled .... easy. I wanted more nutritious breakfast--some good fruit and more healthy cereal selection. But the coffee was great, which surprised me because I'm from the South and never like anyone's coffee but my own. There are no negatives, everything was great. It's a bit outside Provincetown itself, but the walk into town along Commercial Street is very pleasant. Although the location was convenient, being on the corner of 6A was noisy. But this was not a problem in our room, just when we were sitting outside by the fire pit. I have didn't have a negative experience nor was I un-satisfied with the hotel. Nothing. No chairs in front of room to sit outside and enjoy the view. That we didn't stay longer. Was not aware till we got there that the building facing the water was only open during in-season. that was a disappointment. The carpets in the room were stained quite extensively, they definitely need to change that. The hard floor. The day we left (early I might add ) the cleaning staff tried to rush us out. Kind of upsetting. Check in was a bit confusing, and too much delay in rooms being ready. We drove our car into town every time we went.our chose.ptown took away alot of parking spots so we had a hard time parking.also got a ticket for parking in a no parking zone.I recommend you take the bus. no rug in the room, but i get it... it was nicely finished, just not nice on the feet. We enjoyed ourselves. No negative comments to offer. Kind of a hike to get to downtown Provincetown...otherwise, this hotel had no downside that I could see... The bicycles were not available. We did not realize that breakfast was included & were not told by the staff. I was disappointed in the restaurant; both the ambiance and the skill of the chef. Location. It is in far, far East end of town. Truly not walkable to most of the activity. Also, rooms are a bit noisy (hallways), and this was off-season. nothing. The old style architecture of the motel style facility is still old and a bit dingy. Does not keep up with nicely remodeled spaces We liked it overall. Had to wait to get registered, were told "10 minutes", which actually turned out to be 45!. I think some throw rugs would be beneficial as I felt like sand was always tracked in. Room was clean, however, traces of hair; Issues with billing. There was nothing I was displeased with. n/a. No carpet in the rooms. A little weird, but no doubt part of the design charm. Unfortunately, there are mosquito. We would've liked carpet instead of bare floors. Beds were uncomfortable. nothing. The photos from the website is different design from the room we stayed, but it's doesn't matter that much. We've stayed here before but it seemed to be a little run down.
