It was a great place to stay. Very clean. The staff was great. Everyone is so happy and ready to help with whatever they can. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean as well as the furniture and the bathroom. The windows were even clean which just proves they pay attention to detail and care about the establishment and the people who stay with them. Newly renovated room, with new carpet, baseboards, paint, bed, white linens, iron and ironing board, quiet, good bath toiletries, good towels, hair drier, heated pool, shuffleboard, responsive staff to needs with suitcase problem, ample breakfast, good location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend the place.
所有评语 » Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Newly renovated with laundry facilities a plus during long trips. Fantastic pool. Aircons worked like a dream during the heatwave were many other hotels struggle. Free ice cream on Saturdays during the summer is a very "cool" touch. Room was huge with a very comfortable bed. Sheila at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the rooms were very clean and newly remodeled, breakfast was great and beyond what we expected, and the location was not too far from downtown. Only wish we had more time to relax at the pool. We will definitely be staying here again!. Great value for money, restful, large rooms with excellent lighting and very comfortable beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff, quiet location on residential street, nice pool, eclectic mix of guests from retired tourists to hip day trippers, good coffee and breakfast choices in the morning. Clean, large room, comfy bed, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, continental breakfast included, parking out front of unit, walking distance to fanizzis restaurant, first " hot" meal in 3 days..walked downtown and back, can do a city tour on trolley in front of townhall. Nice rooms, that have everything you need: microwave, fridge, TV and keurig in the room. We also had a hair dryer. If you're looking for inexpensive place to stay with FREE parking, FREE Wi-Fi and FREE breakfast you should definitely consider this one. Friendly, clean, spacious, safe and comfortable. The owner very graciously refunded us for 1 nights stay at 2 pm when we needed to leave due to a family emergency. Steve was vey understanding and accommodating and we appreciated his good will. The staff were friendly and helpful and I loved the beds and bedding. Great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also lovely to have breakfast be part of the price. Easy parking in PTown is a pleasure. attendants were very helpful, breakfast was great, shuffle board and swimming pool were close to the rooms. all in all had a very enjoyable time. coffee was great. since we came home all the coffee tastes like water. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, refurbished rooms, friendly staff, activities (shuffleboard, ping pong tables, BBQ, pool), breakfast included, fairly close to downtown. Renovation made it really beautiful and fresh! Great to have a swimming pool. Great breakfast, I enjoyed making my own waffles and sitting in the sun eating muffins. The staff was very kind and helpful. cleanliness was my first notice. new beds were very comfortable.Llighting was great, and air conditioner was fairly quiet. pool features were great! breakfast was good as well. loved coffee in room..... The walls were really thin so we heard our neighbors loud and clear. We were about a 20 min walk from downtown which wasn't that fun but we saw a lot of great scenery. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate the large traffic jam of people at the 8:00 a.m. opening time. It takes quite some time for the line to move. Eating space is outside by the pool which was fine as the weather was warm and dry. Otherwise one would have to use flimsy boxes to carry breakfast items to rooms, half of which are upstairs. No trays are available except for the ice bucket tray in the room. Breakfast needs to start at 7:00 a.m. to alleviate the traffic jam. Breakfast service in main reception with no dining hall or dedicated seating area other than next to the pool, a little strange and uncomfortable. Recommendation, during summer rent a bike to get to the town centre and back. Good price for ptown, but still could have been a little cheaper. I liked everything. The bed was kind of hard and breakfast was very basic plus you have to eat it outside or in your room (which may be pretty far from the office). The room was smaller than those that appear in the website pictures. While the sleeping area was nicely renovated, the vanity and bathroom areas were not. Annoying odor of disinfectant. Need healthy choices for breakfast - it was all starch, fat and sugar except for bananas and oranges which weren't seasonal. seating in the dining area and more noise insulation between 1st and 2nd floor rooms would be nice. bathrooms were old. It would have been nice if there was wifi in the rooms, but it was also good to have it in the public areas. Perhaps a bit more soap/shampoo samples as we were 3 people and there were only 1 set. Only draw back was distance from the center of town. It's a bit of a hike or you have to pay for in town parking. There was nothing I didn't like. There's free internet in the hotel, but there was no wifi signal in my room. parking a little tight especially when leaving. WiFi only worked in the lobby area. Plumbing was leaking and they are fixing it this off season. distance to walking to areas of interest. nothing!!!!!. None of note. The shower rod should be installed correctly so it doesn't fall off. Found two spiders in our room, neighbors slamming there doors late at night. The TV system. very minor, but cleaners cleaning our room before we'd actually checked out. a little too far of a walk into town. Thin walls, so you can hear noise in adjacent rooms. Bathroom is a little dated as mentioned in other reviews but rooms are nice Some distance from town centre. Bathroom could use an update, but still not bad. Not on ocean. Having to use disposable plates/cups for breakfast. one male front staff member Steve, not friendly and makes you feel as if you are just an pain. I watched his body language when an older person needed help with the waffle machine. He had to stop working on the computer and actually move. I had watched him previously just bark out answers. bathrooms were small - i turned on the fan only on the a/c cuz it actually got a little chilly and an unpleasant odor came out- not a big deal -just turned it off but it was a bit stinky. Bathroom fixtures a bit dated if you care about this sort of thing, but this was not at all important to me. down stairs unit was loud, possibly doors closing upstairs, minor distraction. missed cleaning the room one day but did bring towels and shampoo when requested.
