The continental breakfast offered a variety of food, fruits and juices, and the dining room supervisor was efficient and gracious. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The cleaning staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed staying at James Manor. Next time we visit we will probably use this hotel again. - Based on other reviews I had read I didn't know what to expect.   We really enjoyed our stay. We did not use the pool area and I would have loved to but were very busy. We did not have a no room service ntice so when we came back the room was cleaned nicely, if you know who cleaned our room tell them thank-you you did a trusted job. And the breakfast was real nice. We usually stay in a cabin and this was our first hotel experience in Pigeon Forge. Outstanding staff, very clean hotel, great breakfast(that includes more than just cereal and bagels) it was a full breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!   Although I was skeptical to book based on other reviews, I'm glad I did. It seemed that the good reviews were for the "renovated side" and the bad reviews were for the much older hotel side. The hotel room was the best value for the price that I could find in Pigeon Forge.   Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels they were given. Right on the Parkway. The site said continental brea... 别人怎么说 » kfast. If anyone knows what that is then you will know that they really didn't even have to provide the waffles. The breakfast area was small but we w - It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.
