  One of the nice things about this hotel is that it sits a bit back off of the main strip but it is still within walking distance of many stores and entertainment areas, including a movie theatre. There is a traffic signal just down the block and if you are acquainted with the traffic at Pigeon Forge you will know this is a real bonus. Breakfast & dining area was very good. The pool was great. New pull out sofa in rooms was comfortable. Clean, convenient location in Pigeon Forge is close to Dollywood & the new Baseball Fields on Wears Valley Rd. It's located about midway on the parkway so everything is close! Very pleasantly surprised with the quality, all inside corridor rooms.

  We were very pleased with the staff, the room and all accomodations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were offered discount tickets, but we had already purchased tickets online prior to the visit.   The staff in the lobby and housekeeping was very friendly and welcoming; also, there was always someone in the lobby to help with questions about attractions etc; the hotel and our room was beautiful and clean and smelled good; we had a beautiful view of the river and ducks from our private balcony; there was plenty of signage for directions to ve... 别人怎么说 » nding machines, ice machines, no smoking, no pets, etc; we also liked parking in the back with access to the elevator from the parking lot. The hotel - For the price, this is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We had the King Suite with the Jacuzzi tub and we really enjoyed it. After walking around Dollywood all day, the Jacuzzi was a great way to wind down and relax in the evening. We also really enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the river. The bed was also very comfortable to be a hotel bed. For the price as well as the location, this is a great place to stay. We will most likely try to stay here again next time we visit Pigeon For

  Fletcher was really nice and helpful during check-in. We had 2 rooms booked and I requested smoking for both and when he found out I I had a wheelchair he went out of his way to make sure we had a wheelchair accessible room and both rooms next to each other. - Breakfast food was really good and a lot to chose from.   The staff were really nice. The bed was awesome. My husband has a bad back and usually can't sleep on his back but he could on this bed and slept the best he has in years.
