Hotel is amazingly clean, right in middle of strip walking distance to Starbucks and a number of restaurants. Service is amazing! Free breakfast, good coffee in lobby. Santa comes Thurs and Sat night for kids. Cookies and milk every night. Everything in Pigeon Forge has a gimmick so don't pass on this just because of Xmas theme.
