Very impressed with staff. Hotel very clean, spacious room, beautiful lobby, convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely stay there again. We will recommend it to other people that are coming to the area. The convenience of the restaurant. The breakfast as opposed to those free spreads. It was comfortable and every one was pleasant.
所有评语 » Comfort, how clean it was and most of all, the quiet. A great place to stay when vacationing. The coffee available in the lobby every morning, as well as the complimentary usa Today. Everything in the hotel was comfortable, and likeable we'll stay again anytime. Very clean. Nice room. A bit overpriced but it was rod run weekend. The decorating in lobby the waterfall at the pool. Just relaxing. I liked everything about my trip and my stay at The Holiday Inn. the area, lovely staff, very helpful, lots to do... Location, staff and the facilities. Service and staff friendliness. Walking distance to attractions. Clean!. Had everything needed, decor in room slightly jaded. Staff pleasant and helpful. Location of the hotel and the large T.V. in the room. everything was fine. liked being close to strip to go see the cars and the food that was served there. The staff was friendly. The tv in the rooms were great. Will not be back. Staff was friendly but . . . . Nothing. The restaurant was costly. There were no negatives, enjoyed the entire time we stayed there. The fact that there were no towel racks/holders in the bathroom. I generally use towels more than once, but there were no racks from which to hang them to dry. I've been in many hotels over the years and I don't think I've ever stayed in one that DIDN"T have some sort of towel rack. Just being honest with my response.... :). Pillows, they were to small and uncomfortable. Full size pillows will be better. No continental breakfast. nothing. There was a group of 12 of us that met there from all over the U.S.. We needed a place to congregate and talk and have a few drinks. we were put on the third floor just around the corner from some of the rooms, needless to say they ran us off after a few complaints. We thought we deserved a better place to meet. Bed was too soft, pillows too small. Hard to see from road. It is recessed a bit but not too bad. The bathroom could really use some updating. Food at dinner was not satisfactory. Wilted lettuce on salads, nondescript small cheese sticks at a very steep price per stick. Chocolate cake was bland and dry. Ice cream serving was very small and in a paper cup. Not recommendable for dining. Slamming doors by staff early in the morning. The lights flicker a lot and the lights are extremely dim so it's hard to see. The bathroom is tiny and there isn't a vent fan, so when you take a shower it's like a steam room. breakfast not being included. I really didn"t feel welcome. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We requested an extra large double bed for two people we got 2 full-size bed it was very uncomfortable two people sleeping and a full-size bed would have rather had a queen when called the desk they said that was all they had available was not happy about the full-size bed. that i bring my family every year and we never get any discounts other friends that go say that being loyal to same or similar facilitys get reduce bills because thebook ever year. Most everything. No one was there. The bathroom was very small. The carpet and the mattress on the bed needed to be replaced. The place needs to be re-carpeted. It was very over-priced. I have stayed in some places like this years ago but never paid this much for what we got. &Quot;Non-Smoking" room was like staying in an ashtray!! Stunk badly! Requested handicapped room when I booked months in advanced. They said they would put a note on my booking but they didn't so of course I didn't get one. Made my stay much more difficult.
