Our room was clean! Our room was huge! The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great. The air conditioner was cold. The jetted tub was enormous and relaxing and fun for the kids! I was shocked to see an older hotel so clean and furnished as well as it was. Comfort is very important and we were comfortable at the Lazy Bear Inn. No complaints. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The location was good, right on the Parkway in the middle of Pigeon Forge with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Its not a fancy/luxury place, but I thought it was good value for the money.
所有评语 » Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, wonderful location on the main parkway (located between lights 6 & 7 and Dollywood lane is at light 8), average continental breakfast - doughnuts, cereal, juice, toast, muffin, comfortable beds, clean floors and furniture. The staff was amazing and were eager to please! Carl and his wife are very nice people and very personable... The rooms were clean and tidy. All rooms were non smoking rooms and didn't smell like cigarette smoke... Mark Plunkett. The people at the front desk was curtius and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the price was very affordable. All and all I felt I got more than my monies worth which made me very happy with my choice to stay there. I liked that the rooms were nice, neat, and well maintained like someone took pride in their appearance. I also like the fact that I didn't see any bugs. So bug free yay!!!! A little diamond in the rough. I have stayed in many hotels in this city and this was the far best of them all. Price is great, rooms are up to date and very clean and staff was very professional. Will be staying here from now on. We enjoyed staying in the smoking room which had the big balcony that over-looked the main road. The price was very reasonable and it was pet friendly. Overall a great time was had by all! Thanks!. the staff was like family, very friendly always willing to help. the room was very clean and did not smell. will stay there again, loved it. very quiet. I will rate A 10. Lazy Bear is a extremely nice place to relax and enjoy a goodnight sleep. Super clean rooms!!! I plan to stay there on our next trip to the Smoky Mountains!!. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Allowed us to look at a couple of rooms when the room we booked was not available and gave us our choice. I really enjoyed our stay there. They was very friendly and when i come back to pigeon forge i will be staying there again. The amount was reasonable. The location of the Inn was good, right in the middle of everything, we did not have far to walk. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice. Rooms were clean the little patio area was able to check in early - we were in town for a vow renewal, allowed us to get dressed for ceremony. Everything was great. The bed tub and carpet was clean. I loved the Jacuzzi it was very nice. The people were nice. I will go back again! :). That I didnt have to have the room cleaned each day and I could do it myself, staff didnt come into room. It was within walking distance of attractions... our room was right above the office and we had a deck with table and chairs. It was very quiet and relaxing. The prices aren't real competitive in comparison to other hotels, some of which even offer discounts for Dollywood season pass holders. The only thing we didn't like while we were there was the weather, lol. Nothing. I have no complaints. I didn't like the way the outside appeared, it looks a little worse for the wear. It does however change once you get in your room. There were a few things that could have been better. I know it was a smoking room but it smelled of stale smoke when we arrived. I think maybe some kind of room deodorizer could be used after each guest checks out. Also, there was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle keeps hitting it. Needs something there to protect the wall. It would be nice if there was a small chair in the room. nothing . I loved it all. Just the vary busy street in front of the motel..other than that nothing!!. I didn't like that we did not get the room that we booked several months ago......we booked a room with a king bed and a patio.....we did not get a king bed and there was a patio but it was not private....although the room we booked did open onto the patio and would have been great. Front office small and congested charge for ice. nothing. The traffic out front was bad but it was expected so not really that bad. In the jacuzzi room I wish the lights would have dimmed for a more romantic look but that was not even a big deal. The WiFi didn't work very well. Nothing!!!!. paid ice machine. But it was only a quarter, so not really any problem. location of ice machine was outside. no coke machine. The Continental breakfast was pretty lean. I think it's a stretch to call it a Continental breakfast. Carpets needed clean. Socks and feet got dirty. Price a little bit higher, then hotels nearby. Breakfast was only toast and donuts but tge staff and location made that a minor issue. The pool could have been a lot cleaner. Would have rather had a smoking room had to go outside to smoke and sit in an uncomfortable tore up chair. Nothing. The horn blowing and late night noise. Room had stale or smoke smell & request smoke free. Ice for customers cost not free like other establishments. A/C never caught up, very warm room. Needs updated appearence, paint would help. Breakfast very disappointing. nothing. liked it. When we were in our bathroom the fan runs and you can smell the cigarette smoke from the room above..Nasty. Other than that it was a great place to stay. need new carpets hotter water. the sink had a leak. parking was cramped. No inside pool or juzzie for guest. desk girl didnt let grandson bring coffee to me in room i am handicaped. I didn't get the room i thought i was getting because they don't have rooms with patio's. and the second room I had booked was suppose to be none smoking, but it smelled like cigars.letsbookhotel.com need to know what Lazy Bear has opening for. The maid service and constant broken ice machine. had some of noise that woke me up . It keep cutting off and on all night. The pool was a little green and the seats/ pool area was kind of scattered around and just there. The towels were a bit thin/rough. The only thing we didn't like was the hot water in the sink was hotter than the hot water in the bathtub. The continental breakfast is only donuts in cereal. Well when I walked in my room I had a dirty rag laying on the floor next to my bed. Also my sheets had some stains on them and the beds are really hard and old. The mattress need to be updated and replaced badly. Feels like i slept on the floor. Price.
