The hot tub and exercise room were terrific. My friends slept in the king size bed and said it was very, very comfortable. There was a large breakfast with lots of variety. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms gorgeous pools. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home. All around great place to stay. We will stay here again!!!!!!.
所有评语 » Staff gave us a $5 coupon that was valid at several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had a fresh clean smell throughout. The room was clean. We enjoyed our free breakfast too. We loved everything!!! The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problems with getting extra towels or lines. Will for sure be back again!!!!!!. we loved the pool and kids loved the water slide the rooms were clean and comfy and the staff was wonderful we will be staying there again in the future. Handicap room was excellent for spouse (hand rails for shower) and adjoining room was great for traveling companions. We loved everything about our stay. We were their with our grand kids and they had a great time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was centrally located to all area attractions. The hotel staff was very courteous, the rooms were very nice & the breakfast was great!!. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Very clean facility. We will stay here again. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Pool heated just right. Friendly and helpful staff. The size of the room was awesome for five people. Convenience, comfortable, reasonable cost. Good location, clean rooms, nice hotel. Location is what sold us. I was impressed. The location. Everything!. The sofa bed in the "suite" was not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. There want anything we didn't like about this hotel. The loud family in the room next door. We wish the pool was open later then 10pm. Shower head (handheld) was just too high in the holder or too low for the bottom holder. I realize that the configuration was intended for hand operation with handicapped people who are sitting and we adapted. A normal height fixed shower head with a handheld option would work better for those who do not have a need to sit while showering. Room was an odd size and just a tad small. Housekeeper somehow missed an obvious white dental floss utensil left from previous occupant on the floor beside the bed. I saw it as soon as I walked into the room. I didn't complain because the room was clean otherwise. the sofa sleeper was a little uncomfortable. Sofa bed hard to put back after use. Possible mold in bathroom shower. The complimentary breakfast tasted terrible. We had a strong cigarette smell, but the staff tried to remedy this it helped but was still there. This is a no smoking hotel but I guess some people do not adhere to the rules. Nothing I can think of. Beds are hard.
