The right price for a family of four and their dog. Really well situated in this great town of unique shops and near a fabulous outlet mall. staff helpful and chill. The Blueberry Muffin breakfasts always great. never a problem with noise (other guests and their pets). large property. indoor pool and large jacuzzi. outdoor pool. we seem to have one of the same two or three rooms so I believe if you travel without pets you need not worry about your room. I believe there are rooms just for the pe.
所有评语 » Accessibility pet friendly* first floor convenience pleasant breakfast cafe personable, helpful staff pool *i apologize for the 1st day that i left my pet alone and she barked . i 'd had her with me until 12:30. i was gone for two hours NOT THE ENTIRE DAY. either way, on subsequent days i found a boarding location. needless to say had i know that was her response, i'd not left her for that interval. again, my apologies. It's a great location in North Conway, close to downtown and the outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything we needed. I was there with a friend so I liked the fact that they had to separate beds in a double room. The jacuzzi and indoor pool were clean and breakfast is included, they have a restaurant next door (The Blue Muffin). We liked the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast deal was great and the food and service in the restaurant was perfect. We used the indoor and outside pools. It's location is perfect for shopping,and it's only a few minutes to get to the mountains. The service of the staff and the restaurant is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was perfect. Front desk people were very nice and informative when we asked question. The English Muffin was very nice, everyone was very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. Staff was great, room was very nice, and facilities well maintained. Free breakfast wasn't just a continental but was eggs toast & coffee; great start to the day. Will stay there again. Can't think of anything I didn't like. I have been here before and enjoyed my stay! The price is perfect, breakfast is always good especially for the breakfast voucher :) Will be back. Oh and the cleaning staff brought us more pillows! Thank You!. The free breakfast at the Blueberry Muffin restaurant was a real refreshing treat.Not your usual cold cereal or make your own /serve yourself. The pool and hot tub were also a relaxing treat. The location of this motel in North Conway is A-1. Close to Malls, Downtown and attractions. Loved the pancakes in their dining room. It is not a new Motel ;however , it is a clean Motel. Good clean and basic near to outlet shopping etc more ideal as a stop off on route to somewhere else which is what I was going as opposed to staying there for a week for example. The most wonderful shower. Water pressure was terrific. Coffee available in the morning at the front desk. Like Blueberry Muffin Restaurant and credit given to us. I did not realize that the motel had an outdoor and indoor pool. That was a nice surprise. Free breakfast at the Blueberry Muffin was very nice. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The team was helpful and willing to answer any question and request. Full return on pricing. Staff is super-friendly & helpful. Facilities are spotless & very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It was quiet,short distance from everything you could walk to many shops restaurants etc and they were pet friendly. location cleanliness price in room amenities: refrig, fireplace, hair dryer, other restaurant/breakfast. Room was clean and just as advertised, staff was friendly, everything was as it should be!. we've stayed there a number of times & are comfortable with the staff & facilities. The staff was helpful. Her recommendation to a local restaurant was an excellent one. Everything was perfect. Would stay there again. Staff was very nice and very helpful. We liked everything and will book again. friendly service. friendly staff. We had two problems which were not serious of themselves it the way in which they were dealt with was. Both were rectified immediately under the personal supervision of the owner. We were impressed. I liked the location the most. It is an older hotel but well kept. The propane wall fireplace was a nice touch. Indoor pool, tho it was too cold the price. The rates were good. Comfortable stay. Rate is reasonable with breakfast. A sliding door to the parking lot. old and not well functioning sliding glass door. outdated furniture and fabrics. I'm a neat freak , but not a princess. Ants should be residing somewhere other than guest rooms. The excellent housekeeping staff, gave me a 'killer' spray, advising 'sometimes' there are irresponsible guests who leave rubbish everywhere. The ants invaded (from where?) my bath after i'd taken the life of a spider and left him to R.I.P. on the tile floor. Not two or three ants, but the entire ancestral clan. I would like to some liquid soap at the sink to wash my hands. I ended up buying a hand sanitizer/soap container at local store near by. However, this wouldn't change our decision to come back. Just a suggestion. Room could have been a bit cleaner, the tops of the shower was rather yucky, but overall good. The sheets on the bed tended to migrate towards the head of the bed during the night. {They were clean sheets}. Breakfast was simple. The minimum. I can't think of anything negative. Booked two nights as couple and got 1 breakfast 3.79 woo hoo and although they are pet friendly they have a contract to sign for the pet so he's not to be left alone in room you must clean up after him no noise etc some people should have to do this for their kids!!!! Duh !! He is ours!!!. did not realize access to pool from outside for room(s) not in main lodge bath tub drain slow, would not close (reported at checkout). Suggest regular Liquid Plumr treatments & drain checks. The only negative was the remote for the tv was dead. Other than that it was perfect. I would definitely stay again!. booking through you was more expensive than going direct. Complementary breakfast had limited option. Additional cost for anything other than egg and toast. Door locks and security chain were outdated. Nothing. The hotel is a bit outdated. Broken washingmachines. All fine. No screen on slider, shower head sprayed water everywhere and toilet not balanced causing cover to wobble. Liked everything!. Rooms need to be updated . smokers right beside my room,smelling awful for our non-smoking room. Because we had a room on the road side it was quite noisy. Wifi very weak. Had to sit n the stairs to get a signal since the router is in the starwell near ice machine. Unuseable in room or lobby. Desk help told me all calls in nh were local. They ended up costing me over $5.00. My cell phone signal was no good. Desk clerk should be informed what a local call involves. price included breakfast, however we only received on breakfast coupon for a 2 night stay, also there were 2 flies buzzing around our table inside as we were trying to eat breakfast. other places we have stayed included more than 3.79 breakfast it usually is around 7.50 pp. Staff wasn't very friendly. free breakfast was not what was hoped for..... You can ear the people in the other room. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. This is a nonsmoking hotel. They upgraded us to a better room. This room also had a funny odor. Walls are very thin. Requests not met. Housekeeping was terrible very limited television. No movies. Not even a dvd player. Reported Apple Magic Mouse missing from room. Staff could have cared less. Rooms have thin walls and you can hear neighbours, showers, toilet flushing, etc. The walls were really thin. Could hear everything. And the showers were so loud!. Lack of toiletries. Loud Hall / Door Noise. Overpriced for comfort level. During my stay I received a call from the Scenic Inn trying to tell me that I booked through letsbookhotel.com a room for that same night. I was looking at this inn but did not book. Mr. Peterson the owner was rude & said he was going to bill me no matter what. There was an issue with ants in the room, we were moved however no credit was offered for our inconvenience. Chose this hotel because it had and indoor pool and close to shopping. Guess I should have made sure it was a HEATED pool! Also there were no locks on the sliding glass doors only a bar for "security".
