The Hampton Inn is outstanding value. My wife and 3 kids stayed in a suite for 3 days. The separate bedroom was key for us to have some privacy and extra room. The water park was a great take. My 2 boys loved the slides and my two year old really enjoyed the little kid section. To get a one bedroom suite, a water park, free breakfast for the price we paid is a deal that will be unmatched in North Conway. If you are a family with small kids, stay here.
所有评语 » The hotel looks new and is very clean. Staff were very friendly. What impressed me the most is the breakfast buffet - great selection of cold and warm breakfast and tea and fresh fruits! Have made my next stay reservation already!. The central location. The aim of the trip was to visit Charles Double Reed Company at 1976 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, to have my English horn serviced and two other oboes appraised. Check in staff were really friendly witg advice on local activities.the bedroom was massive with king size bed large seating area a kitchenette and seperate wash area. The friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast was excellent. i would definately stay at the Hampton again. Hotel was clean, large bedrooms, close to outlets, close to fabulous white mountains, breakfast was great. Hotel provided us with what we needed for our stay in North Conway at a very reasonable price. Great staff who were more than willing to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Water slides were great! Clean facility and friendly staff. Cookies at check-in!. Staff very helpful, clean and budget friendly. Loved our stay. Will return. Excellent+++. Every thing checked in boxes above. everything. The breakfast selection was amazing. That the Conway Scenic Railroad had not yet started to run on weekdays (my wife and I are railway fans). We'll be back later for a train ride. Only downside was the complimentary breakfast which was dreadful but then you didnt have to eat it. Nothing to not like. Pool was bit cold for our 8 month old baby girl so only used it once. Free breakfast is rather basic. Everything was perfect. Attention to small details eg. Night staff did not answer phone from call that son made to try and reach us. Light in hall over room door was out, asked staff 3 times to fix it, was promised each time it would be done , but nothing was done, between Tuesday and Thursday. Really one light bulb had to be replaced.You know old joke " how many ------- does it take to change a light bulb?" This joke now has a "new twist "for Hampton Inn .staff. Don't like the covering on the bed. Go back to a blanket and bedspread. They are to warm and a sheet is not enough. The room was not properly cleaned. Lots of dog hair present on the carpet. The hotel was noisy. Screaming children in the hallway, slamming of doors by other guests. Loud conversations coming through the walls.
