The location on Rt 16 was perfect for our purpose which was a ski weekend. The bed was soft which I like but others may not. There was a refrigerator and coffee pot, wifi and a blow-drier. We look forward to coming here again when the swimming pool renovations are complete. We did not try the breakfast. The room was spacious and it is a great location. The breakfast was a bit meager also the pool was closed. We were looking for a swim after skiing. The front desk staff were great! Stronger coffee and some real plates for food would be great. We would like to come back when the pool is open. Tks.

Location of hotel to the outlet stores great for Christmas shopping... very clean ,quiet, close to our train trip. Convenient location and value. Better breakfast. location. We requested a 'frig and then I saw the bill, $15/nite. I said that was ridiculous and they said, "ok" we will not charge you and left it in the room. The staff was very friendly and was easy to check in. it was affordable and close to everything. le site. Great location, right next to the Settlers Green outlet and centralized in North Conway. Okay for the price. The location was central to a lot of outdoor activities, shopping, and dining. It was located near the rock climbing class we were taking. Location to shopping is good. We liked the location. Location. location. The location and the price were both good. Nothing.I Would not stay thete again. Not much! It was close to shopping. It was close to everything. The bathroom was dated but we saw that other rooms were under- renovation and in particular the yellow sinks, counters and toilets were being replaced. We understand there are renos going on but hopefully the carpet will be removed - bed was a bit wabbly - morning brkfst coffee was weak but liked the waffle machine!. Being on the second floor. Took a little while for the hot water to kick in when it did it was ok... no fresh fruit at the breakfast. N/A. Only bagels & .... Not enough!. could not control the temp in the room. One ice machine for the whole complex. Furniture and tv needs to be upgraded . No kleenex, limited soap and ammenities.Really skimping. The entire facility appeared to need a make over. This is not a criticism of the the maintenance or housekeeping staff. It just seems the building was well used. I was disappointed in the pool area. breakfast. It was like a bad motel 6 for a lot more money. Then they tried to charge us more than our receipt from letsbookhotel.com. The bed was horrible. Honestly felt like a piece of plywood laid on top of springs. Very Outdated. way overpriced for the facilities. The hallways are in serious need of new carpet, and there is a perfumed smell that is overwhelmingly disgusting. It is always suspicious when sprays are used--what are they covering up?. Hot water ran out about one minute into my shower. Staff on the desk @ checkout didn't even ask how our stay was. They 1st sent us to a room that was not even cleaned yet. Couldn't check in until exactly 3:00 so the lobby was packed with everyone trying to check in at the same time. Hallways, stairs etc. were dirty. Even a ripped scatter rug which someone could easily trip on. Would not stay here again. Run down. Slow hot water.continental breakfast is terrible. no heat in common areas. motel in state of disrepair cheap breakfast was limited and poorly done rooms need updating. This place was an $80.00 room at best. You could hear through the walls. The pool was far from heated. The room was dark and dirty. There was and odor that made me sick. The pool area was terrible dark the lights were flicking on and off and the water was freezing. The room wasn't clean, there were hairs on our pillows, the bathroom was dirty, the room was cold, and everything about this place is cheap. Not worth the cheap price. Room did not smell clean . No access to ice machine when pool was closed. Even tried to get at breakfast time but not available till after 9. Beds very uncomfortable. The whole experience. No towels in the room, no tissues, ice machine barely worked. The breakfast was so disgusting. We pulled a bedspread down and we found a bug. The hotel is old needs to be renovated. Horrible service, bad breakfast, hot tub was broken, over charged us, heat got cold fast, you could hear everything through the walls. The pool and hot tub were not in service. We were offered no refund. The wording about the room itself was misleading. Once we realized that it really was not the room we expected, we were offered and charged for a cot. Hidden additional charges!!!. everything.
