This hotel's location is on the outskirts of the busy downtown North Conway, yet adjacent to Settler's Green for easy access to shopping. Hotel is very clean, well maintained grounds, and friendly, helpful staff. Loved the Hotel's theather and the outdoor heatd pool with a kids pool. Firepit was a nice touch. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful. Pool set up is fantastic. Outdoor pool only goes about four feet deep so kids really loved swimming in it. Being so close to a pizza place near the pool was so convenient with the kids. Great place to stay with kids.

So nice to have docks in the rooms because my son forgot his. Great hotel! Some nice activities for our 3 year old daughter. Arts & Crafts, Movies, DVD rental... The hotel is located right at the shopping center and all main activities in the White Mountains are close!. Great pool and workout room. Lots of towels easily available at poolside. Nice, clean carpet. Very cozy lobby area and fireplace. Rooms kept very clean. Nice size TV in room. Glad to have a DVD player in room. The person who checked us in Alexis was the best person we have met she helped us a great deal and fixed any of our problems. the staff was excellent. All of them were. thank you and we will stay again.. The staff, couldn't do enough for you. Any question you had, or request was handled quickly and efficiently. On site restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet was great with a good selection. Heather at the front desk is a gem. She checked us in and checked us out efficiently. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Decor is awesome! Proximity to shopping is excellent. Staff was awesome, even though there was lots of families and kids you didn't notice any extra noise or commotion. Beautiful property basically in the outlets! Great location. The hotel location is close to everything. The view from the room was great. The room was comfortable and spotless. The staff was friendly. I would stay again for sure!. Both indoor and outdoor pool and hot tube were open with good hours. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was reasonable and appropriate. Loved the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Also the firepit. I also liked the decor of the hotel. Check in staff very nice. Also, beds were very comfortable. Love the location- near shopping and skiing. Love the hot apple-cider waiting as you come into the lobby in the afternoon ( wish they had it all day !). location, next to the shops, hot chocolate in the foyer and cookies, nice touch! Acknowledged our C.A.A. card and we received a discount. An excellent location for shoppers; spacious rooms, friendly staff. Have stayed there before this visit and will stay again. The outdoor pool and hot tub is very clean and relaxing. The rooms are clean and convenient (refrigerator and microwave). We were on a shopping expedition and the location was the best...we walked out the door and were at the Settlers Green. The design of the hotel. Size of the room. Also the great experience in the pool and hot tub indoors and outdoor. We loved the outdoor fireplace, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was very clean and very nice ambience. Outdoor Pool All Year Round with Fire Pit. Being close to the action...The shops. :). I have no complaints. I traveled with my daughter and her two young daughters (ages 4 & 7); everyone had a great time - the little ones didn't want to leave the hotel at the end of the stay. Because the hotel staff was so friendly accommodating, the restaurant staff just didn't match up. I found them to be impersonable when we went down Saturday morning for breakfast. Unfortunately the arts & crafts activities that were announced stopped our second day, because of the end of the school vacation. This was not clearly communicated... that was really the only thing!. Would have liked a ceiling fan in the bathroom to help remove steam. A bit too much clorine smell in the pool area. Nothing, everything was great. The wait staff and bartender in the Pub on Sunday night were nightmares. We waited for an hour to get menus..never did..ordered one beer and two red wine...got the beer and white wine, not red...paid for drinks...then walked out and ordered a pizza and salad elsewhere. They weren't very clear on when the pool and fire pit would be closed, one night the fire was only on for an hour and closed down by 8:45pm the following night we were out until close to 11pm. Indoor pool a bit on the allergenic side - uncertain if this was a chlorine effect. Our cleaning person forgot to clean our room the first night. Also, the service at the tables on the bar side was not good. If you sat at the bar it was fine, if you didn't, you had to flag down someone to wait on you. We were charged one night , one week prior to our checking in . The hotel did confirm that it was a mistake with the accounting system..but I did have to call them after seeing my Visa bill with the premature charge. House keeping was a bit sloppy. The beds looked like they were thrown together on 2nd day. I have nothing to say. This was our second trip to this hotel. We would return in the near future. I like everything about the North Conway Grand. The wait time at check in is a little long. Nothing. My sheets has burn wholes in it. I am a person with OCD and this made my stay very uncomfortable. I would like to come again, since that was my first time at hotel, but I am very worried about the bed sheets. Check-in was at 4:00. Our romm was not ready and neither were the rooms for the other 20 guests that lingered in the lobby to check-in. Check in is a little slow. Need dancing lounge. Ants in bathroom. More king beds. Walls very thin. Need continental breakfast for the price of the rooms. Need help at check in. Three hour wait. The restaurant left a lot to be desired, would not eat there again. we were on the first floor and in a handicap room. I assume it is because we checked in late. Other than that it was great. I didn't like how loud it was in the hotel. Nothing. The bathrooms need an upgrade. The reservation they had was for August, not May. The staff seemed to have little knowledge of the surrounding area attractions. It was an average hotel, certainly not Grand. And, they overcharged us and no one from the hotel could be reached to resolve the dispute. Their phone numbers did not allow us to get through even when we called the hotel owner in Rhode Island. We needed to rely on letsbookhotel.com to resolve the dispute. We will never stay there again and will tell others not to stay . the airconditioner was too nosy. and no fan in the bath room. decks would have been nice.... the price was good...taxes 9% high. Bed was to hard. Bar, not staffed consistantly & poor mixed drinks Lounge, food poor, waitress excellent. Long wait time at front desk to check in/out or ask for info. Seemed to take about 10mins per party for checkin and similar even for check out. Once in the shopping plaza, it was a little difficult to find. Needs a few more signs. not a thing. The muffins at breakfast buffet were stale and the yogurt was not my brand. I tried it, but it did not taste right. Stonyfield would be a better choice to offer. Kids yelling down the corridor on their way out in the AM. Coffee pot never washed/cleaned, took several trips to desk before received correct room key. Pool was over chlorinated and I still smell of it 3 days later and it's ruined my silver jewellery - never happened at home before No walk way from changing rooms to pool you have to walk down hotel corridors to pool. Bathroom very small. $10 a night charge for a pack-n-play use. Late check in ( are room was not ready till after 5 p.m.). No menu in the bedroom when I called the front desk they said just come down to the restaurant. I heard a few people complain as anyone with children may like to place an order first so that kids are not waiting around complaining. Nothing. I didn't like that my room was on the first floor and close to the laundry room, arcade, and indoor/outdoor pool. The only thing that I heard from my room is when children would be passing by and making noise? Parents were cautious by letting their kids make known of other guests. Outdoor pool closing at 9pm. It should be the same as the indoor pool...11pm. Gouging during holidays and long weekends.
