  great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

  The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close.   I had a great stay, a serene little oasis of calm which is still in easy reach of South Beach - Dinner menu was excellent with an interesting choice of food. The outdoor dining added to the ambience of the hotel. The authentic art decor furnishings made this hotel stand out.

  As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.

  The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice.
