  great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

  The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close.   I had a great stay, a serene little oasis of calm which is still in easy reach of South Beach - Dinner menu was excellent with an interesting choice of food. The outdoor dining added to the ambience of the hotel. The authentic art decor furnishings made this hotel stand out.

  The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice. Location can't be beat. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definaely stay here again.   The room was clean, comfortable and I really enjoyed the bed. It was a little hard but that is the way I like it so it was a problem.   Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive. A case of water in the room and lots of beer helped us limit the cash we spent du - I liked that they had plates, forks, etc & everything was clean.
