The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close. They are doing some amendments in this house (almost no noise, no dirt) and next year it will be perfect, we can highly recommend this place!. Room was large, hotel was very quiet and large kitchen was very useful. Mgr/ was always on duty and addressed any concerns promptly. Close to beach, shopping and food. This is more like an apt than a hotel and that was perfect for us as we stayed a week.
所有评语 » I thought it was a great location and the manager was very nice. Our room was clean and decent. We brought out own sheets and pillow cases just because we are germa phobes but that made us feel even more confortable. Location is perfect. Rooms are nice and big Beautifull art deco building Mitch is a great host and help. Not a party hotel! If you follow the instructions, towels and bedlinnen are changed whenever you like.. The hotel is clean and closed to the Beach and Ocean drive,not far to the commercial streets for shopping. The manager and the staff are polite and ready to help visitors. We like this hotel. Excelent location. Friendly Staff. Good accommodation. Good value for money. Good if you want to make some home made meals, to try and save some money. Parking was really cheap. Just a few minutes walking from the beach and Ocean drive. Hotel was clean and quiet. The location and the manager where both great. I would recommend to others. Near Ocean drive and beach. Mike, he is a great guy!. The room in general was nice equipped with a kitchen, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The location is the the best thing about the hotel. Everything was in walking distance. The beach is 3 minutes away. one street behind the beach and also one behind ocean drive, therefore just 1 minute walk but not that noisy; if you don't need much comfort you get great location and large rooms for money. Location one block from the beach and close to restaurants and nightlife. Hardwood floors. Nice Historical Building reflecting essence of SoBe. kindness of the manager location. Good price and location. great location. location. Good location, next to the beach and everything . Only the good thing of this hotel that I can think of. Houser is in the mittle of Miami Beach. Everything is realy close. In the Lobby was someone who recommended us a trip to Freeport in the Bahamas for 1 day. Departure 05h00 at the Hotel, boat in Fort Lauderdale (about 1 hour by bus) return after midnight. We lost so much time at the customs and could profit only 2-3 hours at the beach or in the shopping area including restaurants. Don't do this for one day!!!. Parking was expensive, but that's a problem everywhere on south beach.Only negative is that our room was in the back towards the beach and ocean drive a d you could hear the kitchen workers talking all hrs of the night. So make sure to close windows. Also make sure the fans our dusted. . We had to leave.. Not easy to use internet, but this is not grate problem for several days. Elavator did not work. There is is no housekeeping. They only change towels daily. The staff is not not friendly. There is no reception. The air conditioning is very noisy. The The hotel is in need of refurbishment. could be cleaner, very noisy AC. The two metal folding chairs that were our furniture to sit upon. Dermal abrasive towels and washcloths. kitchen and bathroom werw not clean. Only have one pair of keys so it was hard when me and my friend went seperate ways. the staff. bath tube was partially blocked and drained slowly,,showered with dirty water collecting at my feet... kitchenware utensils were unfit for usage. Poor wifi Internet .informed the owner the next day , he didn't give a damn . If you need to use Internet during your stay? Find somewhere els. ...The owner will come to knock on the door everyday to collect the garbage around 12-1pm. If you need to privacy during the day ? Don't stay here . The kitchen was not clean. House was under construction.
