  The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close.   I stayed at south beach for about 4 days.The staff was really nice, helpful and friendly.   Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... 别人怎么说 » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

  I stayed for 5 days with 4 friends in a private room. We had a great surprise that the room was very large, with many beds and a complete kitchen! And the plus is that the private rooms have parking space, which in Miami Beach is a HUGE plus, since it is very difficult to find places to park.   The location is amazing. Joanna the manager is very very nice. I am going back again in june. I really enjoyed it. Spacious rooms clean - Close to the beach; friendly and helpful staff; hotel was in a safe and low crime area; rooms were large and clean.
