  The staff were excellent and the leisure complex was better than we expected. A special mention for Mark the Assistant Manager who went out of his way to make, not just us but eveyone he saw welcome. - We loved our stay. We had read the previous reviews but we had no bad experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We were allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel as has happened in other hotels!
