  The staff were excellent and the leisure complex was better than we expected. A special mention for Mark the Assistant Manager who went out of his way to make, not just us but eveyone he saw welcome. - We loved our stay.   We received a pleasant welcome.The staff were obviously a team and were fabulous....every single member of that team impressed us. We were allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel as has happened in other hotels! The bathroom was well equipped and water piping hot.Arrangements for towel washing were eco friendly. The breakfast - Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel! 2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again. Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.
