  What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and courteous. The room and the bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. Definite - I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

  When we booked online we were given a room within the guest house. Shortly afterwards we were called and offered an apartment as the guest house was actually full. When we arrived we were given keys to a ground floor flat opposite the guest house. It was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was included and we were left until midday. No complaints from me. Pe - explained my uncle who was travelling with me, was 86 and not so mobile, we were put in a new addition to the guesthouse a ground floor flat. Clean, 2 double bedrooms, lounge , kitchen, and an excellant full english breakfast, best £82 spent in a while. A Davidson. p.s our 4th or 5th stay.
