Your reception staff rang the night before and to confirm booking and advise on best place to park and offered any other assistance. Lauren who works in the restaurant was very capable and very efficient when a lot of us were complaining. She was extremely polite offered complimentary deals to offset complaint, never once did she lose her cool. She is an asset, she deserves recognition. Breakfast excellent, staff very helpful.
所有评语 » The service was great, anything we needed they helped us they was really friendly, also had a little laugh and joke, the facility's was great too, they had a (fix it) button on the phone anything you wanted sorting like nosy neighbours, or tv not working, there was someone available 24/7. The Staff are really nice. The building feels pretty new and in good condition. It's near enough to the train station and town. There is no gym in the hotel but there is an excellent one next door. The hotel is excellent value and prices don't seem to vary as much as other hotel chains. Clean & quiet room with comfortable bed. Great standard throughout. Parking easily available to the side in municipal car park. Free overnight until 8am but buy a ticket after 8pm from the machine for £1.10 and you can park until 9am. Two hours maximum is available. Any problems soved quickly. Friendly professional staff. Decor open bright and. Pleasing to the eye, first impressions of a well organized hotel. Location perfect. About time someone was forward thinking about the needs of the traveler. Thankyou. very good for people in wheel chair with wide space to move this get stop mark because very friendly with disabled person in wheelchair they will help you get breakfast and bring it to your table well done to all staff thank you very much. Second stay at the hotel due to family commitments. Standard just as good as the first time - staff very friendly and helpful, room quiet and comfortable with all amenities, restaurant also good. Location is great for going out in Donny, carpark is free 6pm - 8am but it's only a short stay so a real pain I would imagine at the weekend!. very comfortable room requested high floor and got a lovely room on 6th floor. on no traffic noise there at all, even though on busy city road. The hotel is suitably located for the local nightlife and is clean. The staff are also excellent and the breakfast is extremely good value for money. The beds were the best we have slept on at a hotel. The location of the hotel was first rate , very close to centre. The evening meal was extremely poor, I did not mind having to wait 30 mins that is acceptable but food was of a very poor standard. If I stay in Doncaster again I will certainly be eating out. They keys we had didn't always work the first time in the doors had to wiggle them abit, the toilet roll was more like napkins! And ripped when you tryed to get it out the holder!. One of the lifts was broken and took some time to fix. Kept waking up with a sore throat as you cant open the windows in the rooms and have to use the A/C!!!! Beds rock hard! No stairs after 2nd floor. Wasnt a fan of the LED lamps in the room either. Lift swipe mechanism temperamental as didn't always work no matter the variety of approaches used Room thermostat increased yet initially kept defaulting back to a lower temperature. Sorted itslef after 2/3 attempts Noisy road outside. We stayed in a family (quad) room and the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Although generally cleanliness was of a good standard, the gap behind the wash hand basin could have done with a little more attention and the supply of toilet paper for a family of four was minimal!. Nothing wrong with this Inn. A mini bar fridge in each room would have made the hotel perfect in my opinion!. Not a lot to dislike. Nothing. parking facilities were limited. So maintenance work going on very early in the morning which woke me, I was on holiday and hadn't set any alarms so I want to make the most of that. We had some guests knocking on our door at 2 O'clock in the morning and they continued to be roudy throughout the night. Prices for meals over priced for what was on offer. Lack of a hotel car park, having to use pay and display . Paying for off-sight car parks!!. invest in more irons and ironing boards as all were in use when we required one. The lack of a fridge in the room but that was all. The room temperature although there are controls in the room - was too warm for my liking. Not enough chairs and tables for smokers outside, should have designated smoking zone for smokers only. Nothing!. As with all accommodation (and holidays for that matter) It is expensive for a single person. Parking is not ideal during the week. no on site parking but pay and display close by for £3 24 hours just a bit tricky to find at first. Everything was fine. nothing. Nothing. The bed was rock hard i didn't sleep and had to take pain killers for back strain i had to nap on the sofa to get any kind of sleep. Nothing.
