I have stayed here alone in the past and I always feel safe. I think that comes from the welcoming attitude of the staff. I always try to stay at Premier Inns nationwide and when Im not the person booking them, I ask the party lead to try for Premier before all else. Had a great time in our one night stay. Fabulous location to go and watch the football and walk around a pleasant lake. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Beefeaters next door was also good. Highly recommendly. Book the family room even if only a couple.
所有评语 » Overall excellent stay, highly recommended. One of the reason this was chosen was because of the restaurant next door. All staff where local to the area, friendly, approchable and nothing too much trouble. Will stay again for sure. Staff were all exceptional, could not do enough for you and very friendly, this includes the staff in the pub attached which served breakfast, food was v good too - would definitely recommend... Friendliness and assistance from staff - they had prepared (without being asked) a route map to the venue of the event we were attending. Every staff member we met was pleasant and attentive. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Decent size rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Good location - easy to find and the shopping centre next door was very handy!. I use this Inn whenever I visit Doncaster. I find it convenient and it meets my needs whether business or just a social visit. Good facilities, large room. Staff took time to phone to inform about traffic problem nearby which inhibited access to hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, comfortable and quiet. We will definately stay again. Friendly reception staff,Clean comfortable accommodation. Hotel conveniently located just off M18. Would stay again. Location for racecourse. Football ground. Location ease of access,good accommodation and excellent adjacent restaurant with superb friendly staff.9/10. the staff were really friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious. staff were great, very welcoming and superb in morning as I didn't have much time. The reception from the staff on arrival and the overall appearance of the hotel. Staff were extremely friandly and helpful. The Location Breakfast was great. Great staff and good location. The helpfulness of girls on reception especially Amy. Theres nothing I do not like about Premier Inn Lakeside Doncaster. Only problem was the room was muggy at night. They do have a little fan but could do with air con there. The only downside to this hotel where the current roadworks outside. No noise issues, it was just difficult to get to the location. This is only temporary. N/A. Perhaps could have done with a mini fridge but not that important!. Signed up for breakfast on website then found could have paid for cheaper continental breakfast in person. Nothing. The interior area of the bathroom requires attention. we couldn't seem to get the heater to work in the room,although it wasn't very cold it would have been nice to have on at times, the toaster at breakfast takes forever and everyone queues for it. music in restaurant, would be nice to have a quiet area, for those who just like to sit and talk. Rooms and bathooms looked a little dated. It needs a refurb. Nothing. More towels needed. The restaurant/bar on site ran out of gas so was unable to serve draught beers and soft drinks. They also ran out of bottle beers before 3pm meaning we had to get a taxi and find another restaurant/bar. The reason we chose this hotel was for the adjoining bar so we could relax without travelling around. For a large chain this is poor. THE DOUBLE BED IS TOO SMALL we are not a big couple and I was perched on the end of the bed. So wouldn't choose you again- sorry. Only one set of towels provided. Dirty mark on inside of duvet cover. The service in adjoining Beefeater where we ate breakfast and evening meal diabolical. In fact we heard that one couple had been sent back to their room as no tables made up for breakfast but plenty were empty.
