Chef and receptionist very helpful and pleasant. Good evening meal. Drinks were sensibly priced. it was very well situated and it was peaceful,. rooms comfortable, shower great,. Very Central. food. Everything in one place, no need to find a restaurent elsewhere meaning I could enjoy a bottle of wine with my meal as I didn't need to drive anywhere.

The Staff were very helpful. yes every thing was fine welcoming staff, helpful even with the broken english .Friendliness of the staff. Wifi availability. Location of hotel. Very handy for visiting my son who lives in doncaster.Quiet, nice food in the bar, convenient, cheap. It was clean, tidy, very easy booking friendly good size rooms, overallvery good Hotel.Closeness to the racecourse and being able to park the car at hotel andwalk 3 mins to racecourse. Ease of arrival,quiet room,ease of departure,covenient location,good parking.Local to our needs,not in the centre just right for us,Nice fresh food. Very handy for race course. On site bar and restaurant. Ideal for a short stay, had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly.everything was very easy to use and get to. Delightful attitude of the staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Quiet and good food.Close to racecourse. Quiet environment. Detached bedrooms from main hotel . Quiet position. Wasn't there very long just to sleep really. Quick and uncomplicated. The rooms were warm. Very competitive price. Location. Noisy people at 4.00 in the morning. Bathroon tiles and shower curtain becoming mouldy. Toilet seat loose. Extractor fan on all night - could not find a switch to turn it off. We were asked for security deposit 65 pounds and this is being kept forup to 5 days I feel once the room is checked and that should be on ourdeparture the deposit should be refunded immediately.we met up with 8friends staying at the hotel and all had the same opinion. no it was fine. Bar closed at 11pm - a little early!. The only thing was the breakfast was very expensive. Contracters going late at night.1am ,swearing and banging on the walls (on the Thursday night).Room 2 !!! mainly. a bit gloomy. booked non -smoking and got a smoking room!. Food not available until 18.30. I did not like the attitude of the Deputy Manager when dealing with our check out. It was a genuine misunderstanding on my part not being a seasoned traveller but I was made to feel about 5" tall by the lady in question.Carpets were dirty and stained but overall the room was clean and tidy. There was too much noise coming from next room with people talking over the whole night. If you want fresh air you forsake security. Rooms very small, problems in the room next door at 1,30 in the morning nobody available at the hotel. There were no plug sockets and additional towels would have been useful. Cleanliness could have been better. The kettle didn't work and the heating was constantly on hot and I was unbale to turn it down.
