  Lovely apartment situated in a lovely part of Tromso. The owner was so welcoming and even gave us dinner one evening. Thanks to him we also saw the Northern Lights for three hours on our final night from a lake which is a short walk from the apartment.   I liked the location which was very convenient and the rooms were quite comfortable. The breakfasts were quite substantial to set you up for the day. The small downside for me was the late night bar which i passed by the previous year has now shut down.   The location is excellent, particularly if you are taking the Hurtigruten boat along the coast. The embarkation point is 50 metres away. The hotel is central, and the tourist office and airport bus stop are even closer. The room was comfortable with heated bath room floors. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is very good with a wide variety. The complimentary afternoon waffles are fantastic. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is in the center of everything and a two minute walk from the airport bus, Hurtigruten ship terminal, popular bars and restaurants and main shopping strip.
