all staff is very nice. breakfast is wonderful !!. Great location for the Centre. SAS Flybus stops at the Radisson which is approx 100 metres away so you can catch the Flybus from the Airport which is only 50NOK instead of using a taxi. Early return to Airport at 5.40am to allow the early return flights. Very Clean, lovely view of the Harbour, Bridge and Mountain. Take your Swimming gear for the Outdoors Jaccuzi! Easy Access to the university, bus 20 and 21.
所有评语 » The room was comfortable, the breakfast great and the rooftop hottub was lots of fun. Even got to see Northern lights from up there!. the outdoor jacuzzi, the breakfast, the free wi-fi, the location, the view. Central location, sauna, restaurant. The hotel is well located with many places of interest nearby. I rated staff as average as they were often not forthcoming with answers to questions, maybe it was a language issue but English was well spoken. The room was at the back and did not have any views but was clean and comfortable, some items of hotel information had not been placed in the room. The hot tub etc was great and included in the cost. All things considered we would probably stay here again hopefully in a room with a view.Central to everything. Beside the harbour. Good breakfast. Coffee available in lobby all day. Staff helpful. Free Internet access. The use of the jacuzzi and sauna within the hotel included with the room price. The restaurant was very good, both the trans-continental breakfast feast each day, and the lunch and dinner options. A very early (5am) departure was met with no fuss, a swift check out and a breakfast bag for each of us.Good location. The hotel was crowded and so was the hot tub. Did not get to use it as often as we would have liked too.bath might have been good. There was no tea making facility. We were confused with the minibar items because some of the miniber iems were spread the around the table like complimentary items (2 small bottles of wine, chocolate bars etc.). We had to pay for those because we thought those were complimentary items , confusing!. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room were not available, however the staff did provide a carafe of hot water when asked. We found out later that guests are able to get free tea/coffee from the restaurant anytime, which the staff had not explained. For some reason our room seemed to be cleaned only once during our 4 day stay but maybe that is policy - I doubt. If a hot shower was wanted you had to be up early as hot water soon got used. Cooked breakfast items could have been hotter for us. Bathroom not cleaned on our arrival. Got another room immediately. It had no net curtains. Stains on carpets. No coffee making facility in room which I would have expected at the price.We would have liked to have a kettle in the room! There was building work going which started quite early some mornings, though hotel staff did say it wasn't in there building, and were trying to rectify the problem. That the windows didn't open. Breakfast below standard. Norwegian food and drink prices.
