There is a bus (2) which is about three blocks away that goes to Stavanger centrum in about 20 min. The Kvadrat shopping center is a 5 min. - At one third of the going rate for hotels in this town it is not surprising that it is booked up well in advance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and I hope they build a few more there.
