The Owner - Samuel - is very friendly, smiley and cooperative. He puts a lot of effort and greats his guests 24/7. His motto is "even more than you expect": During my second stay at "Home Sleep" I had a birthday, so I was really surprised when I`ve received a birthday cake :-) I recommend this place for all you who wants to spend nice time in a down-home environment. 所有评语 » The room & public area are clean, the bathroom is big enough for a comfortable shower, the room is awesome!! The bus stop is just beside the mailbox, so it's very convenient to go to the town by bus 37. Walking is also possible & takes 25-30 mins. I like the whole atmosphere & style, feeling like home! I'd like to stay here next time in Tromsø again. what a lovely hotel ever. I definitely stay here again i I have a chance to come here again. friendly and kind host, cozy atmosphere(feels like i'm really in my home), clean facilities. strongly recommend. someone said that the locatio is far from the city center but the bus stops just right in front of the door so that didn't matter to me. really a great place. first of all the host has been very kind, helpful and nice! the guesthouse is good as well, there are 4 rooms (max 6/8 people), one big full equipped kitchen, a huge bathroom, a fast wifi internet connection and a splendid balcony with a stunning view of the surrouding area. Homesleep was a wonderful nice and cosy place to stay at in Tromso. It was well equipped, clean, calm. The owner was very kind and helpful. It was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay at. There's a bus stop near by. I will definitely come back if I am back in Tromso. I highly recommend it. Very comfortable apartment with many facilities. Shared bathroom, but always clean. 2 km far from city centre, but easily reachable by taking bus 34. If you want to visit Tromso museum, I suggest to not take a bus: just cross a very nice wood and will get there!. Just like living in your own home! Warm water supplies all 24h, stuffs are of high quality, room is tidy, the whole house is cozy! In all, this is the most satisfied hotel I ever lived in my life. Highly recommended!. Excellent communal facilities, which were great to relax in and cook your own food (eating out in Tromso is expensive) Get to meet other people unlike staying in a hotel. The staff was amazing! He was there waiting for me, spent some time talking and giving me some advices about the city and other places to visit in Norway and abroad. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.Because of us he hardly got any sleep on the night we were there. He came to pick us up at midnight and to drop us at 5AM. The rooftop terrace was PERFECT for watching the nothern lights and had a splendid view. The apartment had great facilities, good TV and strong and fast WIFI. convenient bus service from street outside Apartment balcony and rooftop balcony with good views, Hospitality of the owner. What a amazing place, I didn't know what to expect, but it really was a home away from home. Great, well-equipped place and very welcoming host. Very comfortable and relaxed. Good facilities to cook your own meal. Smart, comfortable, well equipped... one owner was very happy and friendly. Everything very well organized, extremely clean, practical and quiet. Landlord is a lovely lady. The accommodations were essentially a 3 bedroom flat. The kitchen was modern and had all that you would need for food preparation. clean simple. the only negative side (if we can call it that way) is the position of the guesthouse which is not so close to the city centre (20/30 minutes walking). anyway there's the bus stop just in front of the house. I was not aware there were two locations for Home Sleep: I realized to have reached to wrong one when speaking with the reception and not seeing anyone. I booked by using my credit card, but when being asked to pay in advance for the whole stay I had to use another one. Wi-fi is free, but sometimes not well working. Timetable for the bus on the wall needs to be updated. Attention to the time of bus as only one bus passing there. You basically share an apartment with other travelers, and the private rooms are really sparsely equipped, so you are very dependant on having likeable and decent apartment-mates. As a result Home Sleep is a bit of a gamble, when you are on a buisness trip. Maybe a little too far from the city center but the bus service made up for this. Hard to say. There should be a name plate outside the building. Shared bathroom. Nothing!. Rather a hike from Tromso centre, up some pretty steep roads. A maze of little streets, so you need a good gps to find the place!. A bit too far from town for walking and the bus is rather expensive. Parking in town is cheaper. none. One owner was a little pushy. The actual bedrooms are a bit small but this is no problem since there is a spacious living room/kitchen area. Bathroom and toilet are shared but again, all guests being very considerate and clean, this was fine. A bit far out of the city centre which in Tromso isn't an advantage because the city centre is so peaceful anyway. Walkable within 20 minutes. The only potentially problem is there is only one bathroom (with toilet and shower). If the place was fully booked (possibly 6 people), the bathroom facilities may be inadequate to allow everyone to get going when they want. Also, there are two locations and the owners are not at either location, so if you are not traveling with a cell phone there is a potential for not being able to check in when you arrive. The website only shows pictures for one of the sites. no milk for coffee.
