well equipped one bedroom apartment was a nice ch -
The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.

We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the
best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms,
while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute
deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it
was. Also, pet fee was only $10.

Our family happy to stay in a 2 bedroom suite with the amenities provided. The comfort away from home and serenity of nature, God's beautiful creation in front of you, speaks of its magnificent work of His hand. We happened to be stranded in the inn during the recent flooding in Alberta, roads leading to and from Harvie Heights were blocked and water supply to the lodge was cut.
The manager Paul was so kind to provide us with bottled water and kept us informed of the situation of the floodings and the road conditions continously.
