  Loved the high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic. The bath products smelled so good. Staff was very helpful (especially when I had troubles with using the room key and when I phoned requesting for another blanket and a feminine product). - We had another great stay here. Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces. The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable. There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get? The rates were reasonable too! Loved it!   We had a fantastic stay! Staff were more than accommodating, room clean and well taken care of. Very considerate staff as we have some mobility problems.   Of course, I loved the view, but most importantly, the free canoe ride that you could take at your leisure. The two hour hiking tour was fabulous because of the knowledgeable guide. It is one of the most memorable views that I'll remember for a lifetime during our visit to Canada! - Loved the opportunity to stay at your lodge, no tv, no internet, no phone and two glasses of wine next to a beautiful fireplace. So relaxing, we went to the lake Louise hotel and were amazed at how commercialized it was. So happy we stayed at moraine lake instead. It was a bit on the expensive side. We would be more eager to come back sooner if there were some incentives. At this point we are not.planning another trip due to.the cost.
