  We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.

  James (the manager) was amazing and very helpful! He was very knowledgable about where to get a quick lunch and where to hike. The food at their restaurant was top notch and very delicious! The friendly reception staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or request from me. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.
