  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   We had to cancel our original two nights hotel booking in Banff due to the Hwy 1 road closure caused by the disastrous flooding. We had to change our itinerary and travel through Red Deer to get to Jasper/Banff. We were so glad that we booked into The Hidden Ridge Resort instead (the hotel previously booked and cancelled didn't have a vacancy on t... 别人怎么说 » he new dates)! A beautiful mountain cottage/chalet setting with a stunning view, a spacious and very well equipped one bedroom apartment was a nice ch - The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

  A clean comfortable place with very nice hospitality. Sort of expensive--but not really when compared to other accomodations in the area. We felt fortunate to pay that low price in that area.   This was a great 2-night stay. With a short walking distance to Lake Luise and less hustle/bustle and cost compared to Fairmont Chateau it was a wonderful booking.   Close to Jasper but felt out in the country. Nice location on the river. Very cozy cottage with nice gas fireplace and kitchenette. Also, we had a schedule change and had to cancel 1 night and change nights stayed. They were very accommodating and although we cancelled less than the 72 hours policy, we were only charged for 1 night and not two. Peaceful and little noise from traffic nearby. Highly recommend this area and the Pine Bungalows. We stayed in a room, not a cabin. Very much the feeling of being away from it all.
