  Quality service and staying at this place was truly awesome!!! My daughter and I had breakfast included which truly was a great start to the day!! It was really A good choice in picking this hotel. I will gladly stay here again.

  I enjoyed the view from my room on the 8th floor. There was a DVD player in the room and a nice size (36 inch?) LG flat screen TV. Since the weather didn't cooperate we were able to rent movies and watch them in our room using the DVD player. The breakfast buffet at Pier 14 was great. We left three DVDs in the room after checkout - The location was perfect,beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax. Staff was great!!! A super idea to be able to have a choice of several cold drinks,coffee or tea any time in the lobby. The buffet breakfast that is offered in Pier 14 was very tasty---a big variety to choose from everyday. So glad we picked this hotel to stay in. Anytime we are back in Virginia Beach I would definitely stay again.

  This place is fantastic. It really is. I'm not sure what the price is during the busy season, but we were able to get a reasonable price during the off season and the staff is amazing, friendly and extremely attentive. Everyone greets us with a smile and says hello. One morning we ordered room-service breakfast and they forgot the yogurt. If that was Boston (where I live) the - Incredible staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nicely furnished and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had a problem with the ac in our first room but they immediately switched us to a new room and even upgraded us! Location is convenient to lots of things but still set back enough to feel a little secluded from the city. Grounds are amazing and facilities at the hotel are great. For the money this is a real find and I would certainly come back!

  The price mainly. I paid $80 for an ocean front room with balcony with a great view and this was in the first week of June. Value was excellent and had a outdoor pool on the ocean side with a bar and live music. Although bar was not owned by hotel proximity was great and there was a bodega directly across the street that had any needs. The hotel wasnt luxurious but for the price it was well worth it, I was comfortable, and I could see the beach from my room. This hotel will be my first choice whenever I come back.

  From the phone call days before to confirm my reservation with the sweetest lady that was so friendly! Check in was done efficiently by smiling employees even though there was a line waiting and phones ringing off the hook, they did a excellent job. Towels were not the usual paper thin variety you get in some places. The swimming pools were very clean and had clean t - The first night of our stay a storm came in with severe winds. The rain came into our room under the balcony door. The next morning the staff changes our room and was wonderful. The staff went out of thier way to make our stay comfortable and my children feel like they were special. I would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children. The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was yummy. We were very pleased with our stay.

  I liked the fact that there was an indoor & an outdoor pool. I have a dog so it is good to know that it is a dog friendly hotel with no extra charge for your animal to stay there. We didn't bring our dog this time, but it is good to know that i have the option to do so next time.   Room and facilities were kept clean. Very nice. Staff was friendly, excellent, and responsive. Our bathroom sink was draining poorly upon arrival. I made a call and went to dinner and when we came back everything was fixed promptly. Decent continental breakfast included with the room. The indoor pool was at a soothing temperature. I really enjoyed my stay.

  Staff was so friendly and nice! After having to speak with a lady supervisor on the elevator asked me how was my visit with Wyndham. I told her that I was not to happy at the moment. We discuss. She immediately took care of the problem and issues that I was having with the Lights going out in my room. She was on her way to another floor and immediately took care of my problem and resolve so quickly. She knows - The hotel restaurant was fabulous. Service was excellent, the wine list was excellent, the food was excellent, and the price was right. Generally, staff was friendly and attentive. Nice tv, wi-fi, microwave, refrigerator and an oceanfront room for a very affordable price during beach season. Location makes for an uncrowded beach!
