Everything was great during our stay. The setup of our suite worked well. The suite was clean and the view was exactly what we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a hard to find souvenir and went out of their way to help us find it! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back. -

It has only been one day since we have left Four Sails and my girlfriend and I cannot stop talking about how bad we want to be back! We had the King Delux on the 8th floor and were very satisfied with the stay. Unfortunately, the airline lost our luggage and was having it delivered..the staff at Four Sails was very sympathetic and offered to help

We loved everything about our stay at this resort! A few of our friends were so impressed that they reserved a room for a few nights as well! The views are awesome, you can find anything and everything you could need in the hotel room, and the jacuzzi tub was very impressive! Thanks to all at the four sails resort!

The staff was friendly and nice, the rooms was clean, enough space for two in A king size room. View of the ocean from room was great. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and felt well after A nights sleep. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping came through each day to clean room and bring clean towels and wash cloths . It was really A good choice in picking this hotel. I will gladly stay here again.

This was our second time here and we had another wonderful stay! The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect on the beach, we also really enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and it allows us to get to the beach sooner! We will definitely be back! -

I liked the location. Close to comerce, shopping and attractions. So close to every thing within walking distance. The problem I experince was parking, The hotel do provide parking at a public high rise garage across the street from the hotel, most spaces are reserved and we had to ride around for a while before finding a parking space. The staff were great. They accommodate our needs. we had the same problem of reserving the wrong day similar to what happened at Baily's Atlantic City. However, they were understanding and made the appropriate changes. The atmosphere was freindly. The Bar tender was too freindly too. Breakfast buffet was rich and lots of varieties. -

The beaches are gorgeous, the ocean is warm and not too rough, ideal for seasoned swimmers. Dolphins swimming really close to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. From the front desk to housekeeping. Very professional. The facility was nice and clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning our room and restocking towels everyday. The breakfast which is included was very nice. I enjoyed the view from my room on the 8th floor.
There was a DVD player in the room and a nice size (36 inch?) LG flat screen TV. Since the weather didn't cooperate we were able to rent movies and watch them in our room using the DVD player.

The location was perfect,beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax. Staff was great!!! A super idea to be able to have a choice of several cold drinks,coffee or tea any time in the lobby. The buffet breakfast that is offered in Pier 14 was very tasty---a big variety to choose from everyday. So glad we picked this hotel to stay in. Anytime we are back in Virginia Beach I would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and quick, the location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Upon arrival my bathroom only had a setting for three, after the first night housekeeping set it for four without being told there was four people to our room. -
