The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming all the time. Omar at the front desk was very helpful in granting our room request on the top floor and Edwin was helpful in keeping our bags for us before/after check-in and check-out. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff named Joe. We had called earlier that am prior to boarding our flight to get an early check in time with success. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for with less volume of people in and out of it for the NY Marathon weekend. The restaurant right next door had nice organic food choices and we loved that we did not have to go out in the cold and could walk straight through the lobby to dine.

I stayed at the Hotel for 7 nights, the good things are:
- Considering the room rates with the facilities and proximity to the metro line 7, it's definetly a good-value for money
- They arranged a room according to our request prior to arrival
- There is a shuttle to the metro station, but if you want to walk it's around 12 minutes
- Those guys in reception were helpful for our spot questions, especially Valentino and Rahmi
- Housekeepers were good too, they insist on making your your perfect e

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room. And the room was very well appointed. - This is a fanatastic place to stay! It's very near my daughter, which is why I chose to stay there.
