  The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Bathroom setup was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had. Wish I could take it home with me. It was a rainshower type with great pressure and easy to turn on and off. I... vad folk säger » loved the floor to ceiling windows that opened. Great light onto a quieter street. Fresh air is always nice in a hotel room. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). Room and bathroom was clean and big, and generally warm enough without use of the heater (even in mid-winter).   We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states. Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed where we have nothing but good things to recommend.   Staff was amazing - very kind and helpful, highly accommodating. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast. Only about a 10-15 minute drive right into the city. - The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.   For 79 dollars I did not expect much, but actually the room was fine. Clean and somewhat updated. Large flat-screen and tons of channels. I have paid double and the rooms are no better. Also, plenty of free parking. - Front reception Elisabeth was a God send when I had problems with my reservations and later locked my keys in the car.

  The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was well decorated, to the level we would normally only expected from a higher priced hotel. Their location was right off the highway, so we wasted no time trying to find it. I would ce - The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.
