  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

  They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest staff we met there from the first day til the day we left. It makes it better because of how th - I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

  I was attending a conference at NYU. The hotel is right at the heart of NYU and so was a convenient location for me. The beautiful Washington Square Park is just steps away from the hotel. I like that the hotel is situated in a safer and quieter part of the city, yet within easy reach of the attractions in the city. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.
