Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were
always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would
not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable.
Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. I would like to give a

Loved the location. Was able to walk to the Superdome for the game.
Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions.
It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with
no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in
minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would
stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and
the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able
to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak.
If it's your first time there, be sure to ask them about local
things that interest you, such as places to eat, places to watch

The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

A bit too much "work" going on in lobby and out front
throughout the stay - I know such must occur, but perhaps some small
discount/accomodation is in order for those who endure it. Still not
too big a deal for me, but something to think about. Also disappointed
as a gold member that letsbookhotel.com had a cheaper rate than through the
Hilton Honors website - did not understand that

My family had an emergency and had to come to FL from OK asap, my mother did not have any money for a hotel and as you know its almost impossible to buy/book a hotel room for another person in your card.

Very clean. I was expecting a smaller room for my price, but I was surprised by the comfortness. Breakfast was excelent. Hot omelet and all the basics. Hotel looks new if it is not new, is well mantained.

Läget - I loved the staff as well as the hotel. Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to check out. Close to Bourbon and within walking distance of alot of shops. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds andthe ease of checking in and out. The staff at the hoyel were very freindly and incredibly helpful. My
room was very clean amd I had everything I needed. I would happily
recommend it to other university parents as a great place to stay. In
addition in comparision to Australian hotel prices it was excellent
