  This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and courtyard area is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious with many food options from which to choose. The rooms are semi luxurious with nice bathrooms, comfy big beds and a big tv. The lobby is nice with computers you can use for free. The bar and pool are are great for a relaxing beer. Staff are nice with particular mention of Ty the barman. His knowledge of local restaurants and entertainment was brilliant and such a good lad as well. Happy to help with bookings or info.   Liked the Casino so close and the on call shuttle made it so easy. Had a 2 day layover so it gave us something to do. Restaurant wasn't bad breakfast better than dinner but it was convenient.   We stayed for one night on the way to Hattiesburg and not wanting to stay in New Orleans due to price, we drove to Slidell. What a pleasant surprise. We arrived at 1am after 20 hours travel and the staff member on was welcoming. It is modern, clean and the breakfast which is included in the price was great. Not sure if all Best Western are like t... vad folk säger » his one but if so would not hesitate to stay again. - The staff could not have been nicer, it didn't matter what time we came in they were always nice and asked if we needed anything. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was always good and plentiful. Thanks Best Western, I will recommend this facility.

  The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30.   I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! This place rocks!! The hotel has a general laid back feeling and Thomas at reception was a most helpful and genuine guy. A gold star for him!   The room was big and well kept. We enjoy the pillows on the bed which were very comfortable as well as our (2) large queen size beds. We had a refrigerator and microwave of which we definitely put to use. My husband enjoyed the pool and I liked the seating setup around it. Overall, Ramada Inn is a nice place to stay. - The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The clerk on duty,Keri, gave us correct and easy to follow directions to where we wanted to get to. The room was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable than a lot of higher priced motels that we have stayed at. There wasn't a high noise level. We enjoyed our stay, short though it was.

  I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite.   The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! Some of the best eateries in New Orleans where with in a easy 5 minute walk! The hotel is clean, looks beautiful, clean, and most of the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. We have decided we will stay here again on our next trip! - Night clerk (Eustice) was one of the most friendly & helpful clerks that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.

  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak. Never had an issue waiting on our car or dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely convenient!
