  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   We loved getting up in the morning and have coffee on the lanai watching the turtles. Bruce, the concierge, was extremely helpful. Everything is provided, except food (that includes the beach towels). No air conditioning, but with the sea breezes and fans, you actually get cool at night. Our unit was on the second floor with a panoramic view of the ocean and the island of Molokai overlooking two beautiful swimming pools. The turtles were seen everyday nearvthe rocky shoreline. We enjoyed the soft music that played each day and the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai.

  The location is great, having the Whalers village right next door was so convenient with lots of places to eat out. The beach was lovely, very clean and long enough to walk daily to keep the holiday kilo's down. We loved our unit, it was spacious and comfortable, it overlooked the village and had a great sea view. We would definitely recommend the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. - Everything about this place is excellent except the pool which is far too small for the amount of guests there are. However as its right on the beach, the ocean and local sea turtles make up for it. The beach is spacious and not crowded. Room is modern, with everything you need. We loved out stay here.

  The grounds were really nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean, not good for swimming but very nice stretch of coast. A great deal for the money, very relaxing and laid back. A slice of old Hawaii that is fast disappearing. The condo itself was very well appointed, with Hawaiian furnishings, even Hawaii plates! The pool was enjoyable. There were several clean gas grills with grilling tools around the property as well as lounge chairs, hammocks, pool and hot tub. Great restaurant on site but make reservations at least 48 hours in advance. Gluten free menu was phenomenal.

  The location is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. After arrival they sent us to occupied room, when we returned to front desk, they upgraded us and gave us a voucher for the restaurant.   The staff were friendly, but busy. Anyone who made noise before 8am were reminded of the quiet rule. Everything was well-regulated, including the parking- you better park between the lines or else!
