  Helt fantastiskt ställe. Läget är bra och lite avskilt från turistiga Kailua-Kona även om det är nära till restauranger och mataffärer (kräver bil). Wendy och Dave är fenomenala värdar och bidrar till en bra stämning, hjälp med ev bokningar och utlåning av snorkelutrustning, badhandukar mm. Trevliga rum i en lugn lummig trädgård. Allt är genomtänk... vad folk säger » t. Excellent frukost serveras 7.30-9 då samtliga gäster (4rum) samlas. Trevligt! - Our stay at the Honu Kai B&B was fantastic: A wonderful location (great garden and beautiful and very clean rooms), furious tasting breakfast, many great tips/guidance to explore, and - finally - exceedingly nice hosts making you feel like a family visit :-) We fully enjoyed our time there and hope coming back soon!

  We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. Dave came on the scene and checked us in and walked us to the elevator answering all our quest... vad folk säger » ions. Our room was upgraded and ready. We were able to charge our ipod, ipad, iphone 4, iphone 5 all at the same time. I cut my finger on the razor in - The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet. Spacious luxurious accommodation in a great location. The customer service we received would have to be the best we have received anywhere in the world.   Satisfied guests! Comfortable, clean studio room for 2 adults. Convenient to Volcano Village and Nat'l Volcano Park. Very quiet & private in beautiful tropical rainforest setting. Large front porch area, washer & dryer located between units. Warmed up quickly with 3 space heaters. - Convenient to the Volcano National Park. Clean. Cozy. Washer/Dryer available for use in breezeway. Extra pillows. Full kitchen (available but we didn't use). Internet, Cable. Covered Porch. Ours was an efficiency type unit. There is what appears to be a family unit next door. It shares breezeway. The large porch is shared but has some lattice type privacy barriers up. Separate entrances as well.

  Charlotte and John are wonderful hosts, and their daughter (I forgot her name), too! Supper sweet friendly and considerate. There is a big porch with comfortable chairs/sofas/tables, with nice surrounding. We wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. Good location for exploring the Hamakua Coast, Hilo, Sad - The pictures and details of this B&B were exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location for our visit to the big island. Close to volcanoes national park, mauna kea, downtown Hilo,akaka falls plus other sites we were not aware of. John and Charlotte made us feel like family and they provided great tips for places we wanted to visit.
