  Beautiful grounds and a setting with an ambience of the old Hawaii. The restaurant is excellent. We have been to Maui many times but had not been to Hana. We booked the Travaasa Hana for one night because it was the one nice hotel available. After arrival, we decided to extend another night and that made the experience really special. The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

  The villa is so exclusive. Amenities are within rich. There is a shuttle that pick you up from and to the villa if you don't feel like driving. The place is so comfortable. Although I must say that it's a bit confusing to find the villa if your a first timers since the property is huge.   We liked the price and that the rooms were spacious. We loved having two balconies and that the room had dishes and a kitchen if we wanted to cook. The location was close to the strip and trolley stop right in front of the door. There was also a convenient ABC in the lobby. Not a given anymore. The staff was very helpful and competent. No complaints about anything.

  I appreciated coffeemaking facilities and microwave, esp. when arriving late at night. Breakfast by the pool was a 'bonus' and saved any concerns re purchasing items for breakfast. It was also a great place in which to meet people. Great location and an easy walk to anywhere in the area. - Facilities, location, cleanliness were top notch.

  Location great, and the restaurants and shops on the ground floor were a plus - the Creme Pot is charming and convenient for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to be accommodating. Great view of the city from upper floors. - The staff is Excellent! : ) I keep coming. : )

  really nice, friendly staff, we got the best room with the best price and are really thankful for that, complimentary breakfast in the morning, silky bedclothes - The staff was friendly, and calmed. They did a good job.
