  Loved the beautiful white-flowering trees along the path - we thought they might be dogwoods but the staff did not know. There was a very comfortable sitting area/breakfast room to the side of the lobby where we waited until our room was ready. Room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Pleasant, helpful staff. - Absolutely no complaints. I was expecting it to be mediocre since we went for a more cost effective hotel, but we were surprised by how clean and nice the rooms were. The warm pool and spa were awesome too. We ordered a roll away bed for our daughter which they delivered immediately, so service was great. Even the free continental breakfast was pretty good. Highly recommended!

  The accommodation was spotless, and the layout carefully planned so that you had as much privacy as possible given proximity to your neighbours.   The staff were very good indeed, friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for access to Route 29 and touring the wine country and there was very little traffic noise.   We had excellent service starting before we actually stayed at the hotel. I phoned twice regarding two different questions and both times spoke with a different, very helpful & happy employee. Got real bang for your buck here. Our room was very big, the beds were luxurious, the towels and soaps were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we spoke to probably 5 different people during our 3 day stay. Location is quite convenient, and the breakfast was much nicer and had more choices than anything we've been to with a similar price.

  The owners and hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was exceptionally clean and very well located to both downtown Napa and all the local wineries.   We stayed there 1night only mid-week. Ramona and guy on reception were very friendly and extremely helpful- great insider tips for vineyards! Room was clean, spacious, cozy looks and very comfi bed(king room). Breakfast was good too, nice and relaxing atmosphere sitting outside in the courtyard. Two blocks of Main Street.
