  We stayed in Waikiki for our honeymoon and the hotel and staff made our stay amazing. From the minute we checked into our junior suite until checking out and beyond. We used the courtesy room for freshening up after check out due to our flight being in the evening. The hotel concierge was very helpful for our trips out. One long blockfrom the Duke Kahanmoku statue which is dead center on the beach.   The cleanliness of our room and efficiency of the maid services were excellent. Comfort and size of room was excellent however the sofa bed was slightly unstable. Plenty of extra sheets, lightweight blankets and mattress were available. Maids would not only vacuum every second day, they also washed and dried all towels for us. Overall l - Simple, clean. Unit needs updating but it is sufficient. Nice to have the washer/dryer as I worked out alot and it was great being able to wash clothes. A half block away is the running path along the canal which was excellent. The building is very secure and you have free parking which is key in Waikiki as this can be very expensive. There are plenty of markets and coffee shops around and the beach is 3 blocks away. If you don't rent a car the buses all stop just around the corner and you can

  Concierge was awesome, live music very good, coffee lady was so sweet, cleaning staff was nice and friendly, bartender and drinks at Mac 24/7 were great. - We liked the quite room and the hotel service. The MAC/24 served top of the line meals. The view from our 36 floor Ocean View balcony was terrific.

  The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the air conditioner in my room making clunking sounds when turned off and I was all prepared to demand a new room, however, after reporting it to the front desk it was fixed by maintenance by the time I returned in the afternoon. Considering the price of other hotels in the area it was good... vad folk säger » value. It contained the necessities. - Staff were really friendly and got an upgrade on our room which was nice. Room was massive and had a bit to sit outside although it was just overlooking the street outside. Good watermelon water at reception on a hot day! Close enough to the beach without paying beachfront prices.
