  We stayed in Waikiki for our honeymoon and the hotel and staff made our stay amazing. From the minute we checked into our junior suite until checking out and beyond. We used the courtesy room for freshening up after check out due to our flight being in the evening. The hotel concierge was very helpful for our trips out.   exelent rooms, love the kitchen and the bed sofa... the only thing was that my reseervation was changed got a diferent room but other then that everything was perfect .... thank you . - We are regulars at the Pacific Monarch, visiting every year, and we know what we are getting, know the staff, and the great location.

If you are expecting a 5 star this is not for you.   The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the air conditioner in my room making clunking sounds when turned off and I was all prepared to demand a new room, however, after reporting it to the front desk it was fixed by maintenance by the time I returned in the afternoon. Considering the price of other hotels in the area it was good... vad folk säger » value. It contained the necessities. - Staff were really friendly and got an upgrade on our room which was nice. Room was massive and had a bit to sit outside although it was just overlooking the street outside. Good watermelon water at reception on a hot day! Close enough to the beach without paying beachfront prices.
