  We stayed in Waikiki for our honeymoon and the hotel and staff made our stay amazing. From the minute we checked into our junior suite until checking out and beyond. We used the courtesy room for freshening up after check out due to our flight being in the evening. The hotel concierge was very helpful for our trips out.   The cleanliness of our room and efficiency of the maid services were excellent. Comfort and size of room was excellent however the sofa bed was slightly unstable. Plenty of extra sheets, lightweight blankets and mattress were available. Maids would not only vacuum every second day, they also washed and dried all towels for us. A half block away is the running path along the canal which was excellent. The building is very secure and you have free parking which is key in Waikiki as this can be very expensive. The MAC/24 served top of the line meals. The view from our 36 floor Ocean View balcony was terrific.

I had a problem with the air conditioner in my room making clunking sounds when turned off and I was all prepared to demand a new room, however, after reporting it to the front desk it was fixed by maintenance by the time I returned in the afternoon.
