  The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Normally, I think it is reasonably priced, but like the other hotels in the area, the prices were a bit higher due to family weekend. - Great location. Older hotel but well kept and very clean.   Actually, there was nothing I didn't like. The room was clean and fit the bill. I was in Gettysburg for a funeral at Saint Francis Xavier Church and the move in and out was quick and easy. The breakfast hit the spot and the only thing about breakfast was that the coffee was weak. I would recommend it to anyone.   The staff were incredibly friendly. They even were most helpful about stowing our bikes two nights. We were very pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced, and good, the food and drinks in the bar were. We could not have been happier with our choice.   I was pleasantly surprised by just about everything this budget-friendly hotel had to offer. The location is in the heart of the Gettysburg vicinity, in walking distance from shops, restaurants and historic sites. Our room was quite spacious, very clean and well appointed. The pool was immaculate, and the free breakfast generous. Best of all, the... vad folk säger » hotel is pet friendly, and our room was even provided with a packet of dog treats when we arrived! - We loved our stay here! Location can not be beat, beds are very comfy, bathrooms are spotless and breakfast was very nice. The staff was super friendly and made great suggestions on places to eat and things to see. We've already booked a return visit and joined the preferred "club". Thank you for your hospitality during our stay!

  I stay at this hotel often because its a good place to stay. This time there was a snow storm during the night and I did not have a snow brush. The young lady at the desk said it was no problem and supplied me with brush and scraper. Great service ! - We checked in late (15min before a shift change at 11:00pm) and the staff member stayed past her... vad folk säger » shift to check us in and give us directions to an open eaterie.
