  Everything is perfect, room very beautiful and well equipped with all the ameneties a guest wish to have, very clean.Beutiful bathroom with shower/bathtube.The hotel is located close to the Logan Airport (from the airport get the Silver Line bus and get off at the second stop), 15 minutes by walk to the "World "Trade" T-Station, anyway if you like... vad folk säger » walk about 40 minutes and you are in downtown .Indoor pool, SPA.Friedly staff. - Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary. The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned. The room was very neat and clean. The hotel was very nicely decorated and upscale.

  The Copley Square Hotel is exactly worth the price....a beautiful, cozy, private and great place to stay in Boston.The top floor room, the Xhale restaurant, staff, location--great for shopping, museum, grocery store--who doesn't like to buy their personal snacks, even though the hotel does offer, for a price, night time snacks--tours trolley nearb... vad folk säger » y and close to a green area for doggie walk. I stayed there in 2007 before renovations and thought it was great then...so make your reservations in c - The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

  Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new loved the fact that we were the very first guest checking in! The staff could not have been any nicer to us. - Loved the friendly , accommodating staff. The location was perfect, near public transport, restaurants, et... vad folk säger » c. The kitchenette, on site laundry room and rooftop balcony/bar area is a plus. - The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too!   Loved the Inn itself. The design and decor were beautiful. My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. I loved that it was a keypad entry. Also, the common room/downstairs lobby was great by providing a wonderful continent... vad folk säger » al breakfast as well as a great cappucino machine!! Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Was much better than staying at a main stream hotel, and - Large, good looking and comfortable room with a very good bed and convenient kitchen equipment. Nice location in the heart of the Back Bay area of Boston. Very nice and friendly crew, particularly understanding and caring when we exposed our noise problem in the first room we were assigned. The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.
