  This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight.   Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new loved the fact that we were the very first guest checking in!   What was supposed to be a romantic weekend with the love of my life was rudely interrupted by Snowstorm "Nemo", so I ended up at this wonderful Inn all alone for 3 nights. Still, it's a lovely historic site that was very comfortable and in a superb location.   The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
