  The hotel was very pretty, staff was nice, rooms were confortable. Near subway stations, bus stops, etc., also the surroundings were very nice. - Hotel was great, perfect location for seeing all the sights. Perfect location for walking to nearby attractions, shopping and nightlife.

  Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool! However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

  The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. We arrived for the boston marathon as participants and fans and the staff was extremely accomodating and helpful from the check-in, bell service, room service, valet, etc. Under the terrible circumstances during the marathon, the Marriott did an extraordinary job of stepping up and ma... vad folk säger » king our stay very comfortable. - The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy.   Loved the Inn itself. The design and decor were beautiful. My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Was much better than staying at a main stream hotel, and - Large, good looking and comfortable room with a very good bed and convenient kitchen equipment. Nice location in the heart of the Back Bay area of Boston. Very nice and friendly crew, particularly understanding and caring when we exposed our noise problem in the first room we were assigned. The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.

  Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! - This hotel ... vad folk säger » was right in the middle of things in Boston. As a first time tourist to the city, I really appreciated being able to leave my hotel and walk to nearly everything historic in the city center. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else!
