  We were extremely impressed with the room in which we stayed. Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! Our bathroom was extremely clean and we were provided with wonderful little shampoos and body lotion e... vad folk säger » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

  the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

  The beds very comfortable, breakfast very tasty and set us up for the day, quality food cooked well. We were a family with a difference i.e. an 87 year old mum with two off her six children aged 64 and 53 ! The price allowed us to visit our older brother who is very unwell. The family that own the hotel made us feel so welcome and made us feel like we'd know them for years! The hotel was clean and well looked after and the hotel breakfast was lovely!   The service by Reception staff, waiters, house maids was excellent. The service was firendly and helpful at all times. Our rooms were kept perfectly clean at all times.   I can certainly recommend this hotel to anybody whol is thinking of booking a hotel in Torquay. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room which was on the top floor (which I asked for) was lovely. A nice big ensuite with shower. Proper chair in the room (armchair) which my husband liked as he likes to read on holiday. Nice white towels, tea/coffee making facilties - Staff at the hotel were so friendly and it was great to see a young couple with a family working so well together. We will certainly be going back and the next time we will be taking our family with us. Thanks again for making our weekend break so memorable.

  I was really impressed with Hotel Gleneagles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was upgraded to a very comfortable room with a balcony on arrival. I was travelling on my own and the hotel catered for all my needs. Evening meal was exceptional and breakfast was very good too.
